At Sagittarius.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully to ensure a smooth return process:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 07 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures a faster turnaround time for your exchange.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at info.sagittarius9@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Once your return request is approved, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, along with the original proof of purchase.
3. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
• Sagittarius.pk is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:
